The VISA service is cross border runs to and from Laos and Cambodia.  This service is also quite lucrative with each person travelling to Laos earning THB 1,500 for the business and THB 700 per person for Cambodian border runs.  The business also arranges transfers to and from Koh Chang and Koh Samui for additional revenue.  Another revenue stream exists in that they sub-let outside of the shop to a tour guide and juice stall who pays THB 16,000 per month in rent,  making the net rent for the building only THB 24000 per month.
