The Spa is decorated with teak timber from Chiang Mai.  It is 4 floors.  There is a home office on the ground floor with additional space at the front and back the owner has decorated as a small garden and seating area.  The reception area is inside to the left with 2 massage chairs on the right.  A partition separates this area with the toilet and 2 feet wash areas.

On the 2nd floor, there are 5 split level Thai massage beds separated by curtains.  There are 3 more Thai massage beds on the 3rd floor and also some staff closets.  On the 4th floor, there are 2 oil massage beds in each of the 2 private rooms and a shared bathroom.  Every floor has a toilet and sink.

The owner customers are drawn from the town-home project and often include mums and dads who come for a massage before picking up their children from the nearby tutorial school.  There are pre-paid spa memberships, but the owner will clear these membership credits for the new owner.

In addition to rent, there is a common fee charged to occupants of THB 1,000 a month.  The spa currently trades during the week from 10am till 9pm, and on weekends from 9am till 9pm.  All furnishings and equipment are included in the asking price except 3 x Samsung air-conditioners which belong to the landlord.
