Ok Ting Tong resort is a very special resort built in the Spanish style we are set in 6 rai we are remote and surrounded by beautiful country side we have a fishing lake a very large swimming pool and pool chill out bar with TV and music bar the main bar is 150 sq meters with pool table and stage and customer toilet we have a fully equipped kitchen above the bar is a 150 sq mtr condo split level New York style all open plan fantastic ower condo also 7 30 sq apartments with air con and fans 32 ich hd tv and satellite chs bathroom is also wet room for shower the resort was very expensive to build everything is double block with cavity to keep the heat out all roofs are fully insulted all outside lighting is solar (no big bills ) we score high with booking companies all electrics are euro standard with everything earthed !!!!!!! this is so important for customer safety !!! the resort is freehold with Chanote ok reason for sale my wife and i are parting company its that simple and sad i am very proud of what i have achieved took 18 months to build project managed by me every painful day !!!!! so its right come and have a look you wont be disappointed we have priced it to sell 4 million baht below market value so 3 rai for resort and 3 rai for our crops rice corn etc see you soon thanks Paul.
