ok ting tong resort is a very specil resort built in the spanish style we are set in 6 rye we are remote and surrunded by bueitifull country side we have a fishing lake a very large swimming pool and pool chill out bar with tv and music bar the main bar is 150 sq meters with pool table and stage and customer toilet we have a fully equiped kitchen above the bar is a 150 sq mtr condo split level new york style all open plan fantastic ower condo also 7 30 sq appartments with air con and fans 32 ich hd tv and satteelite chs bathroom is also wet room for shower the resort was very expensive to build everything is double block with cavity to keep the heat out all roofs are fully insulted all outside lighting is solar (no big bills ) we score high with booking companys all electrics are euro standard with everthing earthed !!!!!!! this is so important for customer safty !!! the resort is freehold with chanote ok reason for sale my wife and i are parting company its that simple and sad i am very proud of what i have achived took 18 months to build project managed by me every painfull day !!!!! so its right come and have a look you wont be dissapointed we have priced it to sell 4 million bhat below market value so 3 rye for resort and 3 rye for our crops rice corn ect see you soon thanks paul.
