This is quite an unusual sale there are a few options;

Option three: Buy the house and 2 rai of land at 20,000,000 baht.
Option four: There is also a separate 1 rai of Land behind the house and 2rai land. You can rent this land for 10,000 baht per month, 6 months up front.
Option Five: Buy the 1 rai for 10,000,000 baht.
Option Six: Buy the house and 3 rai of land at 30,000,000 baht.
