The owner only purchased this hostel recently and had just completed refurbishing it when his commitments in his home country got to the point where he must return and tend to them.

The hostel is located only a short walk from Khao San Road in the quieter area of San Sen, but still very close to all the popular tourist attractions. Although the hostel has not reopened yet after the refurbishment the potential for this place is great, as all the work has been done. The lease is currently being transferred into the company name, meaning key money will not be due till February 2021.  The 4 million Baht registered Thai company that comes with the sale if required is the minimum requirement for application for 2 foreigner work permits.

This business is located very well, totally refurbished, soon to be licensed and ready to trade.  Complete with a downstairs cafe/kitchen and a rooftop chill-out area, this hotel is worth inspection.
