The restaurant is set over 3 levels and has a roof top.  On the ground floor there is a 16m2 terrace for 20 (plus) customers which is very popular in the evenings for people to have one of the many imported beers on offer while people-watching on this very lively and colourful Soi. Inside there is an open and airy restaurant with an exposed staircase in the middle leading up to the second floor.  The bar counter is quite long with a cold kitchen at the end, along with a pot wash and dumb waiter. On this floor you have seating for around 40 patrons in a mixture of standard and lounge seating tables, and bar seating.  There is additional seating for around 50 people on the 2nd floor and this is where the hot kitchen is located; it services the ground floor via the dumb waiter. The service area, bar and the 2 kitchens are all connected via EPOS which also makes stock control a lot easier.

The third floor and roof top are where a new owner might choose to improve the profits of this already profitable restaurant. The third floor is setup for private parties and could also be used as a dance studio or for dance events as it has a big dance floor with floor to ceiling mirrors and its own DJ booth.  There is also a staff room and dry store on this level.  The roof top is a nice open-air space and a little bar to one side useful for serving drinks to the floor below during events. The 16m2 Managers office is also located on this level.

All in all, this is a very well set-up restaurant with a strong following among Thai's, expat's and Japanese customers. There is some scope to improve the already profitable restaurant business.

The landlord of this building requires that a Thai national only be a signatory on the lease contract.
