The property offers indoor and outdoor seating for around 80 patrons.  Outside is a large deck of about 40m2 with table seating, a wall-mounted TV, and a TV projector and screen.  Inside the 2-storey pub is a traditional-style British boozer adorned in sporting memorabilia and with a good-sized bar offering up to 8 draft beers on tap.  There are another 4 wall-mounted TVs inside, so customers never have to miss any of the sporting action.  All TVs can operate on different outputs, so no matter how many sporting events are on, the bar has it covered!  Also on the ground floor, there is a manager’s office, staff/storage room and Western bathrooms. The air-conditioned kitchen is upstairs on the 2nd floor.  The sporting theme continues on this level with an 8' competition grade Brunswick Gibson pool table and a competition grade Dart's Board.  The pub's pool and 9-ball teams play every Monday and Wednesday at home (with another 2 teams playing away on the same nights).  Although there is an active darts league in Bangkok, the pub currently doesn't have a team entered.  Doing so would probably please the mainly Western patrons and raise revenue.

The well-equipped kitchen provides meals and snacks for customers and caters for in-house events.  Meals are also made available through Food Panda.  The kitchen though is somewhat underutilized at the moment.  It is sufficiently equipped to provide more gastropub type cuisine which the current owner acknowledges would help to boost profits and attract more customers.

Being in the center of Bangkok, and located under a hotel with dozens of other hotels in the vicinity, provides for a great opportunity to advertise in the nearby hotels to attract foreign tourists to complement the (mainly) expat client base.

The pub is large, fully-set up, established and presents very well, in fact it is possibly the most British British pub in Bangkok.  Wooden ceiling beams are visible throughout the building and give the place that authentic British country pub feel, even though it's in the middle of Bangkok.   Its offer for sale is an astute buyer's opportunity to obtain part of Bangkok's heritage and make a quid at the same time.
