They have also been very successful generating sales from cruise ships passing by Samui every month by taking cruise ship passengers on private tours to either explore inland Koh Samui or the nearby islands.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) license is included in the asking price, as is the 4 million baht Thai limited liability company, which is the minimum requirement for application for 2 working VISA's. Also included in the price is all of the IP for the company, suppliers contracts (boat captains, mini-van drivers, etc), customers contracts and forward bookings (value of forward bookings varies but it would not be unusual at the time of handover to pass on around THB 140,000 worth of forward bookings), branding and trading name. There is also a company car, motorbike, phones, tour equipment, all online materials and logins and all point of sale contacts. The owners will train and assist you during your transition, if required.
The current owners rent a residence (3-bedroom house) for THB 15,000 a month. If required by a new owner, this may also be provided.
