On the third floor, there is another 12-bed mixed dorm.  Also on this floor, there is a big double en-suite room. There is an 8-bed women's dorm and women's bathroom on the fourth floor.  The fifth floor is also the roof-top and it has a laundry area, a single bedroom and a rooftop terrace with great views of many of Bangkok's temple tops and is a nice place for guests to meet and have a drink in the evenings. There are 8 CCTV cameras installed through-out the building covering all floors.

The hostel has great reviews on TripAdvisor, Facebook, Hostel World, booking.com and agoda. This is an amazingly good turn-key investment in the hostel industry, and with its proximity to Khao San Road, there is no shortage of guests (average high season occupancy is around 95% and in low season around 55%).

Investors will need to act quick as this is an absolute bargain given that current net profit figures indicate you will return your investment within 12 months.  The owner is committed to sell due to other business ventures and is willing to provide all necessary documents for due diligence to genuine buyers who sign a non-disclosure agreement.  An inspection is a must for those who are ready to invest.
