I was extremely pleased with my stay at Hotel. It's only a short walk from the main bus station it's literally a 2 minute walk away (just ask the guys in the orange vests that work at the bus station, it's a stone's throw away once you know the right direction to walk). The owner is extremely friendly, she will help you with anything you need and her English is fantastic. WiFi is fast and reliable, rooms are spacious (for the price) and clean, and there are English movie channels on the TV. I'd recommend this to anyone travelling Udon Thani, especially if you're arriving at the bus terminal.
Location, Staff, Comfort
This Hotel is owned by the most charming lady, it's right between the bus station & the train station. It's perfectly situated next to the market, bars, mall, etc... Great wifi. Good TV. Comfortable bed. Cute dog. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about it. It has everything a hotel should have and nothing else. It is perfectly streamlined for my taste. Another nice touch — when you take the key with you, the wall sockets still work, which means your devices don't have to suffer every time you walk out the door. I love that! The price is great. I guess the only thing I would change is the lightbulbs. I just don't like fluorescent bulbs, but I'm a design geek. I'd pull them all out and put in 40 watt full spectrum bulbs, and then i'd lose money. ha ha ha... so I just use the TV for light at night. Seriously, especially if you are using bus & train, there's no better place to stay for your money in Udonthani. I will stay there from now on.
